So, what’s all this about energy-filled jewelry, anyway?
You’ve heard me talk about it, you’ve probably seen the buzz (that we’ve always known) about the positive-energy that gemstones can add to your life…but WHAT exactly is it?
Let’s talk energy.
Gemstone energy refers to the belief that certain gemstones and crystals possess unique energetic properties that can affect a person’s physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This belief is rooted in ancient traditions and is still held by many people today.
According to proponents of gemstone energy, different gemstones and crystals are associated with different properties and energies. For example, amethyst is believed to have a calming and soothing energy, while citrine is thought to promote happiness and success. Rose quartz is believed to open the heart chakra and promote love and compassion.
But, how?
It is believed that by wearing or carrying gemstones, you can absorb their energy and benefit from their properties. Some people use gemstones in meditation or in conjunction with other spiritual practices, while others wear them as jewelry or keep them in their environment (a la one of my favorites, crystal decor).
