How to Curate Your First Chelsea Bond Jewelry Order

STEP 1.

REQUEST AN ORDER OF BEST-SELLERS (AKA THE DONE-FOR-YOU ORDER)

If you’d like to bypass a few steps, this is the absolute best place to start. You can feel free to request an order of best-sellers, tailored to your budget. This offers expert knowledge of what has historically sold based on category and style.

STEP 2.

CURRENT LINE SHEETS (PDF CATALOG) AND (EXCEL) ORDER FORM

Make sure you’re referring to the current line sheets. We may have changes in availability, additional color stories that have launched, or other important details found in the monthly update. If you do not have line sheets that reflect the current month, simply email cbond@chelseabondjewelry.com and ask for the current line sheets and order form prior to submitting you order. Please note that our website does not reflect important wholesale information about styles, colors, and availability. Always refer to our line sheets for up-to-date information.

STEP 3.

ENVISION WHAT WILL CATCH THE ATTENTION OF YOUR CURRENT CLIENTS/GUESTS

STEP 4.

BUDGET TIME FOR HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTION OF YOUR ORDER

In our experience, vendor paperwork can take anywhere from 30-60 days to process with a hotel (this is from the hotel’s side). Please budget the necessary time it may take for your internal process to get the account set up, along with the 5-7 week handcrafted production timeline (M-F excluding National Holidays). These timelines can work in tandem (make your selections for your order while our paperwork is being processed with your team), so when the account is set up on your side, your order is ready to schedule for handcrafted production. Timelines may affect the availability of items, so it’s very important to curate your ideal order as soon as possible.

REQUEST OUR PRODUCT + BRAND TRAINING PRESENTATION

DISPLAY. DISPLAY. DISPLAY. It’s as important as the jewelry itself. Making sure your presentation is aligned with the brand messaging in a clear and effective way will surely help you boost sales. Unsure of how to display in a clean and uncluttered way?

Our CHELSEA BOND JEWELRY: Product + Brand Training Presentation is available in a pdf as well as a video to share with the team! In these materials, we discuss the best way to set up your new collection (we request all CBJ to be displayed together and not mixed in with other lines). This is an important part of our brand story to help clearly communicate the story to your clients as our jewelry is a mix and match style. This allows guests to visit time and time again and always be able to build onto their existing CBJ collection!
