What if my products are damaged upon arrival? If the contents of your package were damaged during transit, we will work with you to address this issue with the shipping carrier and repair or replace your items if possible. Please contact us right away at info@chelseabondjewelry.com with the outlined damages and photos. We must be notified of any damages upon delivery within 48 hours of your order being delivered.

Our signature Chelsea Bond Jewelry items are handmade, not machine made. Due to the handmade nature of our products, stones and pearls may vary slightly in shape, size, and color.

We are unable to repair discolored or tarnished items as a result of wear. To clean, gently wipe the metal surface with a soft cloth and avoid excessive polishing as it may rub off or scratch the plating. It is best to store your jewelry in the air tight bag that it arrived in and kept in a signature logo dust bag that also accompanies your order.
