Payments via ACH/bank transfer are free of charge. All US credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. Payment by check is available for Net 30 payments in good-standing.
First orders require pre-payment with a pro forma invoice which will include S&H if the order requires domestic shipping. Orders after the first order are eligible for NET 30 terms. If 2 consecutive payments are late, account will revert back to pre-pay status and payment is required prior to order shipping.
A minimum $2,000 USD order is required to open an international account. $500 USD minimum re-orders. A deposit of half of the amount of the order is required at the time of order placement (via bank transfer invoice (no cost) or wire transfer (at the charge of $12 per wire transfer). The balance in addition to the shipping charges will be billed when the order is ready to ship.
Buyer is responsible for all VAT, customs, tariffs or duties which may be assessed by the destination country.
Customs paperwork is extremely time consuming, detailed and required for every international order. Please note we do not charge any additional fee for this work.
Please email your completed order to info@chelseabondjewelry.com via the Excel spreadsheet Order Form which has been provided. We will contact you with any questions about your order at that time. Actual shipping cost will be added on all orders. Handcrafted orders will be shipped 5-7 weeks from the date your order has been received (please note this may fluctuate during peak holiday season, so please account for this when planning your order).
We do not keep an inventory of jewelry. All jewelry is made-to-order. Production to ship lead time is 5-7 weeks.
All jewelry is shipped in individual air-tight jewelry bags which should also be supplied at point of sale. Each piece is accompanied by a keepsake jewelry description card which includes the name of the piece as well as the metaphysical energy of each component used in the design. Each piece of jewelry also includes a jewelry care card, and a signature velvet logo gift bag.
Not every piece which is found on www.chelseabondjewelry.com/shop is available for wholesale. The only updated source for wholesale ordering is the Chelsea Bond Jewelry | Line Sheets for accurate availability and current pricing. Ordering from our website does not guarantee availability for wholesale.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours of placement are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
All jewelry is made-to-order, therefore returns or exchanges (due to any defect) must occur within the first 5 days of receipt of the order. All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging which includes:
• Plastic jewelry bag w/ SKU sticker
• Jewelry description card
• Jewelry care card
• Velvet logo jewelry bag (if accompanying order is placed, the number of logo bags will be deducted from the pieces which have been returned. In this case, the velvel logo jewelry bags can be kept on hand for the next delivery of delivery.
If jewelry is not returned in its original packaging with the above-mentioned packaging materials, the current rate of packaging costs will be deducted from a credit or billed on the next invoice.
Repairs to jewelry due to a design defect will be made one time in the first year of purchase at no additional cost. If item appears to have been dropped, striked or based on client wear, this will be quoted on an individual basis.
If an order has not been placed in 6 months, CBJ reserves the right to terminate the wholesale account. We do this to ensure our customers are guaranteed to find our pieces in the retail locations which are listed on our site.
