Firstly, each wholesale jewelry order is meticulously handcrafted, tailored exclusively for you. Deliberate. Perfected. Crafting your order is an art, and we treat it with utmost importance. Meanwhile, if you’re seeking rapid-fire Amazon-style products, sorry, that’s just not our style! Each order is made-to-order and we do not keep inventory. We have a 6-8 week handcrafted production timeline, so please keep in mind all national holidays, special events, and any seasonality that may come into play with your location. Also, a national holiday is a national holiday and orders should be placed in advance, accordingly! Sometimes we’re ahead of the game and the timeline shrinks (but this is not guaranteed). Generally, we do try to be flexible, but please keep in mind that we are human. We have deadlines. We have families. And we don’t want to rush what is supposed to be a beautiful order of jewelry to compromise quality. Furthermore, if there are orders scheduled in production ahead of yours, we’ll never agree to something we just can’t physically guarantee. We’ve worked incredibly hard to build a brand (from scratch) that has a cohesive presence. We aim to delight and inspire. The best way to maximize your sales is to stick with our recommended displays/fixtures/signage, (whereas when you mix and match displays from other lines, it has a hodge- podge look and feel that simply doesn’t translate or feel elevated to the client). Additionally, with a minimum opening order, we furnish you with all of the recommended displays and we ask that you treat that like a protocol. This makes it a seamless “unpack and set up, plug and play, easy-peasy, lemon-squeezy” experience to get started with your Chelsea Bond Jewelry display, from the moment it arrives.
Surely, yes! Every order is accompanied by a CHELSEA BOND JEWELRY brand sign that blends seamlessly with your display. In addition to this, if you’ve purchased a specific collection: Aromatherapy Jewelry, Waterproof Jewelry, Hair Tie Druzy Bracelets, etc, you’ll receive those too!

Our comprehensive Brand & Product presentation covers the ins and outs of how to set up your jewelry display, tips to maximize sales, and extremely important info (with images) of what should be given at point-of-sale. Hint: Our packaging has a purpose!
CHELSEA BOND JEWELRY does not keep inventory. We do not operate in a place of excess and are as mindful as possible when it comes to contributing to excess waste (which includes space). We try to stay lean and mean (not mean, but you know). See above: “Each order is made-to-order and we do not keep inventory.”
Basically, we treasure the relationships with our Retail Partners who invest in our small business. We are loyal to them and put our focus on fulfilling orders placed by them, so we are not in the business of trunk shows and pop-ups. Please note, if schedules allow, we are always happy to make a designer appearance at a Retail Partner’s special event and offer sales support!
